10 days money-back policy
In order to avail our money-back policy, the return should be requested within 10 days after receiving the product. On receipt of the returned item, it goes through a formal quality-check. If the item is damage-free, we will initiate the refund process and you will receive the amount within 5-7 days.
Will I have to pay for the shipping back to VV Rugs?
We offer FREE Return Shipping. We will get the item picked up on your behalf from your place at a mutually decided time. If you choose to self-ship the item, dispatch it within 48 hours of raising the return request.
How do I return a rug to VV Rugs within 10 days?
- VV Rugs offers an exchange on your received order which should be raised within 15 days of the order received.

- Within 4-5 working days. We will get the item picked up on your behalf from your place at a mutually decided time.
- Whenever you choose to self-ship the item, dispatch it within 48 hours of raising the return request.
- Ready your rug in the original packing material.
- In case the packing material is damaged, please mention the same with your return request. You will receive a tamper-proof packet from us after discussion with Customer Service Team. Please securely pack the rug and seal the package before the pickup person arrives at your doorstep.
- Please collect an acknowledgement (pickup receipt on paper/photo of tracking number/SMS confirmation of pickup)
- Normally it takes around 8-10 days on receipt of the returned item.
- Once the item is received at our warehouse, it goes through a quality check. If the item is damage-free, we will initiate the exchange process within 5 days after receiving the item at our warehouse.
- In case the product is damaged during transit, you may choose to either make another purchase or exchange for the same product.
Terms & Conditions
- Return the item within 15 days of the receipt.
- Return in the same condition in which it was delivered to you.
- Do not use, wash, alter/tamper or soil the rug.
- A damaged item will not be eligible for return.
- Item must have the original packing, labels and tags intact. Altered and illegible serial number will also void return.
- We will initiate the refund or replacement once the item passes through quality inspection.
- In case you receive a damaged/defective item, notify us within 48 hours of receipt. We might request you to share the picture of the rug at shop@jaipurrugs.com. We will replace it without any cost after examining the returned items.
- India: “15 Days Money Back Policy” is valid for purchase within India only (Not applicable for custom rug).
- International- Return policy is applicable on manufacturing defects only.
- A customer can initiate return up to twice within a period of six months. After two returns, the customer will be required to bear the freight charges associated with their returns.
